- Very nice tribute to the Burger! I love 'em. As long as the average person doesn't eat them constantly there's nothing wrong with having a burger. I did see a news blurb the other day where they showed a man who ate a McDonald's Big Mac everyday for 30 years. He estimates he's eaten at least 18,000 Big Macs! That's a life-long Big Mac Attack!

One burger that I will not be serving at home is the Krispy Kreme Burger ~~ The Cheddar Bacon Cheeseburger of Delight which is featured in my new lens. I will be lensrolling your excellent lens to it.

- OK, Yum!I love burgers fresh off the grill this time of year, with a thick slice of tomato, and onion straight out of the garden. There's nothing better! I usually marinate mine in Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and a couple other spices before I throw them on the grill:) 5* and an angel thumbs up:-)(and a little Stumble)

- What a great lens. Thanks.
BTW: Buffalo burgers are great. I love mine with Swiss cheese and grilled onions with a little ketchup on the side for dipping.
And no Coke or Pepsi for me. Vanilla Malt all the way! Or...a good ice-cold beer on a hot day.
Two great burger joints...
Don's Drive In in Traverse City Michigan. Very traditional, big, juicy burgers.
The Big Bear bar in Hawk Junction Ontario. Better be hungry. Burger and fries flowing over the edges of your dinner plate. Yummy.
Thanks
Deb

I also add wheat germ for the crispness/browning/healthfulness and worcesterchire sauce to keep it juicy (just sprinkle to taste). Can't wait to see more of your lens.
Thanks for the nice recipe,

- Yummm! Great lens! My favorite recipe for burgers is: mix a pound of beef (it's just Hubby and me) with a tablespoon of crushed garlic, 1/2 diced onion and liberal fresh ground pepper. I preheat an iron skillet and cook the burgers in beef fat and garlic. mmmmmm the best! I can't have bread but it is fantastic with crisp bacon and a fresh slice of tomato on top. :)
I was rather surprised to find you lens has no restaurants mentioned! The best burgers I've ever had at restaurants were from the Church of God in Pasadena (which I learned later was vegetarian!) and In-n-Out's Double-Double with grilled onions! :P
Yeah! Congrats on being the lens of the day! ;)

When my wife makes some of those wonderfully crunchy french fries to go along with the burgers I've grilled, that is s-a-t-i-s-f-a-c-t-i-o-n!

But why live without those burgers.
